About Melissa Replogle

As a legal story consultant, I help screenwriters and producers write legal stories that are accurate and engaging.

I practiced law for ten years in both criminal and civil law. I am also a legal educator and have taught undergraduate courses in criminal law, constitutional law, entertainment law, contracts, and other areas of law. My experience from the courtroom to the classroom gives me a practical understanding of how law works and how it is communicated, interpreted, and applied.

I am also a writer and photographer. My first book, The Late Bloomer, was published in 2024.
