My name is Alana Joy, I am the owner/operator at The Art of Joy Wellness, LLC.
I am a parent of 2 special needs children, an advocate, and a NJ Licensed Massage Therapist.
My career in massage started over 20 years ago, spanning all over the Garden State, from Red Bank to Atlantic City!
I have training with certificates in ACE Massage Cupping, Upleadger International Institute CranioSacral Therapy, Oncology Massage, Reiki USUI White Light and Reiki Holy Fire Master Trainer, CPR/AED First Aid, and Fully Insured through Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
I have been a massage trainer, teacher, clinic supervisor, lead and assistant while working in the Spa, Medical, Beauty, Educational and Wellness industries for decades.
My passion is being a parent advocate. I have obtained certifications from the state advocacy network(SPAN) for adults/children in special education and NAMI BASICS in mental disabilities as well as establishing our district's SEPAG(Special Education Parent Advisory Group). If you need guidance or help, I am always available as a resource for parents/caretakers/guardians.
I have started a 100% mobile massage business servicing Ocean & Monmouth Counties, specializing in CranioSacral Therapy for adults & children of all abilities. Creating a bridge between both my career and my passion by way of CranioSacral Therapy. Children, Adults & you TOO will LOVE CST!
