About Tom Ryan

TOM RYAN is an award-winning actor, writer, editor, and director known for his work in the
independent horror genre. He is the founder of Theatre of Terror LLC, which has produced
several feature length films including THE THEATRE OF TERROR, RETURN TO THE
THEATRE OF TERROR and FACES. He has appeared on screen in multiple projects including
his lead role in THETA STATES, THE CAFONE (tv pilot), BLACK WAKE, GOOD DAY, and
VICIOUS THUNDER. Most recently, Tom directed and edited the feature thriller, BITTER
SOULS for Showtown American Pictures. In 2019, he received a commendation from New
Jersey’s Essex County Freeholders for his work in the independent film industry. He was also
the recipient of the Kevin Smith award at the 2023 Garden State Film Festival.
