Managing a film set requires an ability to build relationships quickly, it necessitates knowing how to approach both private home owners and official government representatives during the permitting & production processes.
It benefits from respectful negotiations with cast, crew and the public, with a sense of humor and not letting the word "No" keep us from figuring out solutions another way.
