About Michael Hayes

Michael Hayes is a New Jersey–based filmmaker and 2024 BFA graduate of the Mason Gross School of the Arts. He has expanded his production skill set through hands-on training with Beyond Film School’s Production Assistant program and is currently an applicant for the Directors Guild of America Assistant Director Training Program.
Michael has worked across independent and commercial productions in NJ and NYC, with a focus in set logistics, lock-ups, and on-set administrative coordination. He believes that the standard you bring to one task defines the standard you bring to all.
