About Christian Hunkele

Hi, I’m Christian, a multimedia specialist and filmmaker with a passion for cinematic storytelling and live production.

I'm a certified graduate of the New Jersey Film Academy in Production Office Coordinating & Management.

I graduated from Brookdale in Spring '25 with a degree in Video Production and Communication Media, earning Summa Cum Laude honors and membership in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

While at Brookdale, I was the founding Vice President of Brookdale Esports Production, where I directed and operated livestreams, and produced multiple 24-hour charity livestreams that raised over $3,700 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. I also managed multi-camera coverage for large events, integrated ASL translation, and mentored other students on live production techniques.

I further developed my skills through the Script to Screen and Production Office classes at the New Jersey Film Academy, gaining experience in scriptwriting, production coordination, and team collaboration.

My work spans live event videography, cinematic short films, documentary production, post-production editing, motion graphics, and audio engineering.
Some of my notable projects include filming Gary U.S. Bonds' 85th Birthday Concert at The Vogel and producing the documentary Lyme: The Slow Killer.

I’m comfortable working independently or leading a team, and I aim to deliver polished, high-quality content for film, social media, and live productions. I’m available for freelance videography, editing, live production, production assistance, and creative development. I’m always open to new creative collaborations, so if you have a project in mind, I’d love to connect and bring it to life.
